- Pray! Make this event a daily prayer commitment to impact the youth of your community and region. Work hard to make the event successful!
- We encourage churches of different denominations to sign on and commit to making this a corporate activity for their church and community.
- Establish one committed host church with a senior or youth pastor who will work with Celebration Ministries to spearhead and lead this program. All other churches involved, pastors and lay workers will be accountable to the host .
- All churches make this event a priority for the 8 weeks prior to the event. The churches must agree to make this event a corporate activity to mobilize their entire church and youth group, attend the evening concert as a youth group and church, and have students promote the event at their schools through the distribution of flyers, posters, Bible clubs, etc. The students are the HEART of the event .
- Schedule Al in a minimum of three (3) public Jr. / Sr. High Schools with a maximum of three (3) assemblies per day. Please submit confirmation of the schools to our office no later than 4 weeks prior to the event .
- Secure a NON-CHURCH location for the evening evangelistic concert. The location needs to be a venue that is: a) the gym or auditorium of one of the schools where we have performed an assembly, b) a venue within one of the communities that we have performed a High School Assembly.
- Provide local newspaper advertising for event and schedule interviews via radio (if approved by Celebration Ministries).
- Provide six (6) men to help with load in, setup, and load-out at each of the three (3) assemblies and the evening concert. Provide twenty (20) encouragers / counselors at the evening concert and agree to follow-up on the decisions made for Christ. Additional individuals will be needed for the following: Ushers (8), Product Sales (4), and Promotional Staff (5).
- Provide clear directions and transportation to each school. We will need these directions furnished to Celebration Ministries no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event. Also, please provide Celebration Ministries directions to all the schools and evening concert venue.
- Furnish approximate numbers of students we will be in front of at each school and the anticipated attendance of the evening concert no later than (4) weeks prior to the event. This will give Celebration Ministries a better handle on what materials to inventory for your event.
